Terrible ordeal. He had some serious family issues as I hear it. Darth Vader killed his adoptive father while saving his son Luke, but suffered some pretty bad electrical burns in the process. He died on his way to the Rebel emergency room. His son Luke held a small funeral in the woods that night... very sad.

But I have heard Luke still has his dad's spirit on Force speed dial, so you might want to contact him first... but getting ahold of Luke may be a problem because I heard Verizon charges an arm and a leg for long-time-ago distance phone calls and I think you need few more numbers to reach a galaxy far far away.
