I have a better Idea for you.

subscribe to a Netflix account and i think it will let you setup sub accounts for your children, in which you can apply parental controls and they can watch many of the titles on Netflix's Instant Que.

you need to download something like utorrent, bitcomet or Azureus etc etc look up a torrent downloader, then you need to go to a torrent website like thepiratebay.org and you open the download of the movie you want to utorrent or w/e u install, wait for it to be finished then burn it to a cd as a DATA disc and play them in a divx compatable dvd player, im sure you can look up better directions online, good luck
