Does anyone know how i can get my wedding sponsored by a company or organization?

i am getting married in a month and have fallen on hard times. I need help from a sponsor. Basically, all of my wedding things are bought, but there are some major items still in need of being purchased. I need help and fast. I have planned this wedding for more than a year, and want to marry the love of my life. Things have gotten in the way of this wedding happening for far too long and when it seemed like it was finally about to go off without a hitch, life threw a rock in my wheel! So now here I am in need of a wedding sponsor. If Star Jones who is RICH and FAMOUS, can ask for a sponsor, why cant I?

So go ask.  You need a very compelling reason why it would be in the company's favor to sponsor a wedding.  "Community goodwill" isn't enough, because they already do things and support activities in the community.  Star Jones could get sponsors BECAUSE she's rich and famous, and the companies who sponsored her wedding got advertising out of it.  What can you offer?  They're going to ask you what's in it for them.  You have to have an answer that takes into account the BUSINESS factors of doing such a thing.

It never hurts to ask.  But while you're asking and waiting on answers, you'd better be talking to the rest of your vendors who are expecting their money in the next week or two.  And you can't tell the vendors that you're getting sponsors to pay for it until someone signs a contract or hands you a check.  You need to approach the rest of your wedding vendors with the truth that you can't pay them before the wedding and need to work out alternate arrangements with them.
