Does anyone know how i can research my family tree with international records?

Question

I know only know as far as my great grandparents and I had this book that my Dad got from the u.s.a it has every Donnelly household in the world including mine in Ireland and it said in it to contact them to research your family members but the books from 1993 and only has an address its published by halberd’s family heritage and they don’t have a website or phone number I don’t think it even exists anymore so is there another way I can research it
