Does anyone know how it is possible to get a trial in the Japanese football league?

Just wondering how easy it is and what kind of standard the football is like there compared to England?

  1. Japan aren't a footballing nation and invest more in swimming and tennis. However Japan have a few football camps in tokyo.


  2. Japan has one of the fastest growing and competitive leagues in the world. I would go off the limb to say the bottom 4 clubs in EPL and top 4 in Championship couldn't win the J1 League title, or finish in top 3. The national team should advance to final 16 in WC 2010 unless they get put in a brutal group. The soccer is fast, mostly attack and just about all clubs use 3-5-2. Club wise, the best club is Urawa. In intl freindlies they have drew MU and lost to AC Milan 1-0 in the Club World Cup last year. They just played Bayern last month, BM played their first team and won 4-2

    Just visit the J league site, look at Divison 3 teams, they have addresses top contact them if you are serious about playing. I highly doubt the Div 1 and 2 clubs would even give you the time of day
