Does anyone know how long and how tall is a 55 gallon tall tank?

Well it depends, if you mean a standard 55 gallon drum, that is one thing, otherwise, it could be shorter than the standard and bigger diameter and still be 55 gallons.  Need more info.

There doesn't seem to be a 55 gallon tall tank, but a 55 gallon tank is 48 x 13 x 20.

It could be all different sizes. Some are tall. Some are long. Some are short. And some are wide. So I really can't tell you.
