Does anyone know how long it takes for Peoples Alliance Federal Credit Union to transfer money? i live in NY?

I have to transfer some money from one account to my People Alliance Federal Credit Union account and I wanted to know if anyone has any idea. I live in New York

If you do a domestic wire transfer before 10:00 a.m. on a business day, it should be credited within the same day.

Or, you can use a service like CheckFree, which is much less expensive (I use it for free), and it will take one business day after you are a verified user.

Ask your credit union or other financial institution if you can do the transfer using their online banking service.  That would be less expensive than the wire transfer.
