Does anyone know how long it takes for fresno state financial office to answer its email questions?

Because I don't know if I should email them or go ask at the office because my financial aid has not arrived yet.

Im not sure how long it takes, but if i were you i'd go and ask them for updates everyday. Last year, It took my financial aid about 2-3 weeks, but because i turned mine in late. I called them and i went to ask them almost everyday on the progress.

But the beginning school year, its always packed with people, so counslers are always busy busy busy.
