  1. it will take about 20 mins .The metro station at l'arc de triomphe is called Charles de Gaulle Etoile,is the busiest roundabout in Europe so drive careful and watch out for the lunatics.

  2. about 2 minutes without traffic. Finding a park at the louvre/rue de rivoli however, would take up the rest of the 15 mins it would take you to walk. If you are able bodied, you should walk along the Champs Elysee. This is how you experience Paris, on foot.

    Failing that it is only one metro stop from George V (arc de triomphe) to Louvre-Rivoli along line 1, the first metro line to grace Paris. It's the yellow one.

    edit: maybe it's two stops...

  3. If there were no other cars on the road, not long at all - no more than 10 minutes.

    In Paris traffic, could take you half an hour or more.

    The metro would be much more convenient.
