Does anyone know how long the voting stays open for SYTYCD?

I'm on EST and it is 3:16 A.M. right now. I just got off work and I want to vote so bad for the final four, but it is busy consistantly. I don't know if it is just busy or if the lines have closed already?? I'm dialing away like crazy and wanted to know if I'm just wasting my time. Please help??

Voting will be open for at least two hours.  Voting starts for all time zones between 10:00 p.m. - 12:00 A.M. (Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific Time).  You live in the East so you were supposed to vote between 10:00 p.m. - 12:00 A.M. your time zone.

Around 3:16 A.M. (for all time zones), voting was already closed.
