I don't know of any companies that start benefits availability for part timers, right away.  Most require you work for 30 days to six months, to be sure you're going to stick around.

A lot of companies don't give benefits to part-time workiers.  That's the first thing you need to check out.  Also, some offer benefits to people working 20 hours a week  or 30, but I've never heard of a company offering benefits to hours below 20.  You should go o ikea.com/careers and see if they have anything on their web site about the benefits they offer.
