Does anyone know how many calories r in the claim jumpers resturant food?

hey im 18 and i am a male and i was jus wondering if anyone knows how many calories r in the resturants food? or like even a estimant would be jus as good,

cuz like im kinda on a diet and so i count how many calories i eat daily..

like 1900 or 2000 is to maintain my weight.

but i have been eating 1600 or 1500 daily for this week cuz i wanted to loose some weight and i did and now i am down to 135lbs from 138 lbs..

and i still wanna count my daily calories so tht i maintain my weight and dont gain any weight.. cuz i dont wanna weigh more thn 135lbs.. well maybe.. but if i wanted to id gain it in all muscle and not FAT!! from all the extra calories id eat.. but anways thts a different subject..

i jus wanna know how many calories r in the resturants entress and their food tht they serve at claim jumper..

so can anyone help me?

or wht would be a healthy to eat there when i go there to eat this weekend.

and dont say jus let my self go and order wht ever i want.. cuz i aint gonna do tht.. not at all.. if im gonna oder something its gonna be something good.. i mean ill order anythin really.. like i jus need to know how many calories would be in my meal tht i would be ordering ya know.. like ill eat whatever i want, i jus need to know the calories in tha food

  1. Approx 900 cal for an average lunch...1200 cal for an average dinner...not including beverages.  


  2. I love Claim Jumpers but there portions are so huge.  

    I came across a website with some of the menu items' nutritional information.

    Also,if you are going to get something that not at the above link, their kids menu has more normal restaurant portions that you can more easily estimate the calories.
