Does anyone know how much a ferret costs?

Um I'm in New Brunswick, Canada, and at the pet store they're 250$ plus tax (comes to 283$). At that price though they're already descented, vaccinated, and spayed/neutered.

So i guess it depends. But the ferret is the cheapest part, than there's food, cage, supplies, plus vet bills cost a forchin!

i got my first two for 175 each but i found them in the newspaper. i got my third for 99 but she was on sale. so i'd say between $99-$130 each.

Yea I'm about to buy one here in Houston and mine costs $110 each one. But it usually depends on the age. Most pet stores sell them from $140-$180, which I think is overpriced. Mine is from a store that sells escpecially exotic pets; like Chinchillas, Pacas, Sugar Gliders, and tons more!!!! Thay even sell tigers!!
