Does anyone know how much a large windmill would cost?

I mean the big white ones on the hills that produce energy? And also, how much energy it would produce annually "a ballpark figure"?

The really big ones will cost about $3 to $5 million each. How much energy they will produce is a good question. Depends on the wind, the reliabilty of the turbine itself and the transmission lines around the turbine. If the trasmission lines are down for whatever reason, it really doesn't matter how well the turbine runs if there's no lines to transmit the power.
