Does anyone know how much a medical insurance biller and coder make?

yearly salary... CA and NV..starting out year. I live in NV going to school for that graduate november..then next year im moving to cali..

you went to school for that with out learning how much you'd make......?!?!? I work for a homesupply company and we have a regional billing office. Try looking in to homecare companys like Praxair or in good hoptials.

i think they make between 9-14... it sucks i know you should have went to school for something else...

I have been billing for 11 years now and only make 11.06 per hour.  Our coders make considerably more than that.  I live in Oklahoma so I'm sure you would make much more in California.  Good luck :)
