Does anyone know how much a professional headshot should cost and where to get one? Thanks!?

Look in phonebook and phone everyone and ask how much it is for a photosession for headshots. Find the cheapest one if the sound reliable to you. Mine came fairly cheap thank goodness, 80 for photo session and 20 bucks per first pic then 10 bucks for every other

Do an internet search and look for someone in your area who specializes in actors' headshots. This is important! You don't want to hire some random glamour photographer, no matter how tempting. Actors' headshots are very specific in their look.

Expect to pay anywhere from a couple of hundred to a thousand bucks. If you are on a budget, check out Craig's list too, but always look at the photographer's portfolio to see what they are all about before you decide, no matter how inexpensive it seems. A bad result is a waste of your time, even if you only spent 50 bucks on it!.

Size? 8x10, always, and color is a must these days. How many you need is really up to you, but why not order 100 or so to start with. The important thing is that you go to a professional reproduction place, and not attempt home ink jet printing because it never looks good.
