if it is realy nice 150 thousand dollars plus upkeep but thats just my heated big pool.

Depending on where you live, and the type of backyard you have it can cost anywhere from $350-$5000 for a decent pool. Nowadays it is not the pool that will cost you, but the installation. My mom had a pool put in and it was a 42' round above ground pool, the pool cost around $1.500 but the installation was around $2,000 because her yard was on a slope. My best advice is to ask around in the area you live. Never settle for your first estimate because my parents almost paid double for the pool, they bought it in the middle of the summer last year too, that is the best time to buy because they are trying to get rid of them. And if Colin paid that much for a pool, he is a darn fool!
