Does anyone know how much a teenager would get pad for working at Bakers Delight?

I'm talking about a 15 year old. Also, do you know if it includes penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and so on?

ring the head office, and ask them. You dont have to give your real name and details. that way if you are planning on applying for a job at your local shop you dont have approch them directly. good luck.

They can legally pay u half of what ever the minimum wage is

The same as all other new employee's at bakers delight. They cannot change starting pay based on age.

They can restrict how many hours you work per week based on your state's labor laws, but they cannot pay you less then any other new employee doing the same job based strictly on your age.

well, i am probably one to ask.

i work at bakers delight, and im 15!! i guess it may vary between stores and maybe what ur boss would pay you. i get paid $7.024 per hour (lol). it isnt that great but as i said, it may differ. i get paid doulble if i work on a sunday and on ACTUAL public holidays.

Well, wouldnt you get paid like everyone else?  Although I dont think 15 yearolds are allowed to work.  Its mosly 16 everywhere.  But yeah when i was 16 i got paid like everyone else. Paycheck and all
