worth it says 100 oaklawn 1904-2004 arkansas derby he autographed it with best wishes stewart elliot it is of him on smarty jones racing i found 2 other pictures autographed by him online selling for 359 and 395

i have one actually, and it is also signed by the chapmans and john servis. I doubt its worth much at all. I have fond memories of the horse having watched him race at philadelphia park before he got famous.
