Does anyone know how much an eire copper 1998 2p coin is worth?

it has a harp on the front and a bird head twisty thing on the back and it is very shiny but i found it on the ground about2-4 years ago.

Since it's not that old yet, and it probably isn't some special edition coin, it is probably only worth its face value.  But, don't lose it in the laundry, I could be wrong.
