Does anyone know how much it is to send a letter from london, england to canada?

I am going there soon & i have no idea what what amount of stamps i have to put on the letter. my mother wants me to write everyday & send a picture everyday & since the fuses are different there i cant bring my laptop. if anyone knows PLEASE TELL ME!

87p for a standard card.  But why are you asking us?  You bring your letter or card into the post office, you hand it to the person on the other side, and you tell them that you'd like to mail this letter to Canada please.

And of course you can bring your laptop.  Look on the box on the electric cord.  It'll say 110-220v.  That means it can use North American voltage (110 volts) and British voltage (220 volts).  All you need is a $5 plug adapter.
