Right now the Phoenix EVs are only available to fleets.  When they become available to individuals in late 2008 or early 2009 they will cost $45,000.

In your other question I discussed a few other long-range high-speed EVs with similar capabilities to the Phoenix which will cost closer to $30,000.

In comparison, the Toyota Prius costs around $23,000 and the Chevy Volt is aimed to cost $30,000 when it comes out in late 2010.
