It probably depends on where you live, but here in Canada one with AC, power windows, CD player, intermittent wipers, key-less entry will be around $15,000, and then there is a $2000 government rebate because it is considered an environmentally friendly car, so around $13,000.  A further financial consideration is that roadside assistance is included, and servicing is required only once a year or 10,000 miles or 15,000 kilometers.  They are made and sold by Mercedes Benz.
