  1. The only way you can go aboard is with a travel agent.  This only applies to a few cruise lines only.  Carnival is very good at inviting travel agents on board for a ship inspection which includes a tour of the ship, a presentation and a nice lunch; at no charge.

The travel agent is allowed to bring  3guests; preferrably group leaders, or a person who ???? might get a group together.  See a travel agent about this.  Tell them you would like to go aboard and want to see the ship before you consider taking a group.  Who knows, you may like it so well and can get a group of family and friends together to form a group.

  2. Well if the ship doesnt have a open ship tour that day youll out of luck. Mostly only passengers and crew will be alouded aboard. Exceptions are travel agents that sell or have lotterys where the price is a tour aboard the cruise ship. But it wont be like a mini cruise since on passenger change days, as this most likely is, the crew is working hard to change its passengers and not many things are arranged while in port. So if you got luck youll find most things (except the lunch buffe) is closed. The conclusion is that youll find it hard to get what you want and its better to book a short break cruise. Johan.

  3. HI! check for a good price http://riveraramos.vacationmedia.net/ every week you see very good special

  4. Cruise ships only will allow passengers on the ship.  They used to allow visitors but no longer do.  With the increase in security they've had to make changes.

It wouldn't hurt to call and ask, but I really doubt you'll have any luck.  I think it would be too hard for them to deal with the food/charging you and normally the tours are for VIPs.

  5. Contact the cruise company.  However, unless there is a charity or organised function involved it is highly unlikely they will entertain you.  They used to but with the heightened security against terrorism they don't do it any more
