Does anyone know how to become a teacher in NYS if you already?

have a bachelors degree only? I have a bachelors in Business Management but now desire to become a teacher here. Thanks for your help

If you want to teach K-12 in a public or private school in New York State, here is what you need:

A Bachelor Degree (you have it but not in education so you may have to take a few education type courses)

a Certification, or Licensure to teach in NY State.  Here are requirements in a nutshell:

You will also require a background check and fingerprinting.
