Does anyone know how to build a tracking device that lets me know when my mom comes within 100 feet of me?

I would like something small enough that I can put in or attach to her car and a warning device that I can carry with me. Thanks for any help that is provided.

you dont even got to build anything you can simply buy a gps [global positioning system] and activate a point on a chip that you can buy with it and with a magnet hold the chip under her car so she doesnt find it
