Does anyone know how to buy into a company?

like owning the store and everything but using an already established companies name like buying a macdonalds or radio shack

You are taking about buying into a franchise.  Do a google search for the company you want to buy into and then contact them.  They will have an application for you to complete, will likely want to interview you, etc.

You can also buy a franchise location from someone that owns one.  However, you will still need to be approved by the franchise head office.  The reason for this is that the franchise office wants to maintain the financial health and reputation of the brand name.
