Does anyone know how to check Nortel phone message from home?

We use Nortel phones at my work (Ontario) and I need to access my voice mail box from home. Does anyone know how to do this?

The easiest way to check your messages from home is to dial your own number and let it ring through to voicemail. Usually once your message starts playing you can hit star (*) or pound (#) and it will ask you for your mailbox and password. Good luck.
