Does anyone know how to contact someone to find out the status of visas to Cuba. Been waiting since Feb.!!?

My husband is Cuban, his mom lives in Cuba. We have numbers for the office of interest in Washington, but phone is always busy or no one answers.

Perhaps you might try this address here and do things in writing on top of trying to phone. At least that way you have a record of things.
