I can make my hands hotter on command and I jusy keep practicing and eventually it's fine but I am still trying to make them really hot.  What abilities do you belive you have?

First of all, I'd just like to say I have read the other answers and there's some very rude people answering. If you are not serious, you should leave this section. I happen to believe in this, but am not very good at it yet. It depends on what type of paranormal ability you are trying to control. Things like telekinesis take a lot of concentration, and you have to be able to focus on what you want for a certain amount of time without letting your mind wander too much. I read once on an internet site that people who find reading boring should not try anything like this because usually they con not concentrate well. You also need to have good intentions, or a "pure soul" so to say. If you have the intention of hurting people, getting revenge, or just doing it to show off, it will never work. You also have to believe in what you are doing. I suggest for more information you should look up what type of ability you are trying to achieve, and see the different things you must work on there. It is different for each ability, and I hope you get some good answers. :) Almost anything can be possible. People just can't see it yet, because we are taught as we grow up that people who believe are crazy, what we see that "isn't there" is our imagination, and science is the basis of everything on earth. I chose to rebel. ;)

Supposedly there are a few. Look into remote viewing also. I remember doing this when I was younger. I even got to meet a few of these people.

yes, we can switch this on and off.  it is about  going inward and finding that switch.  and then it is about setting the intention to do just that, turning the switch on when we need to and then be able to turn it off.  most  of us with gifts ask that question because when we  don't know about the switch,and those gifts can make life way too  interesting.  we seek and we find the answers.
