Does anyone know how to create a sound for a phone?

I have a verizon phone and they do not allow you to use your music as your ring-tone. How can I create a sound from a song that I want and put it in my phone??

You could buy one of the ringtone applications directly from Get It Now. You would be buying from Verizon.  Just look of a ringtone application that allows you to create your own ringtones.
