Does anyone know how to create an EBAY account when you live in Serbia?

I live in Serbia and would like an EBay account, but cant seem to find the right site...anyone know if I can create an EBay account...and if so, WHERE ? Thanks in advance :)

In order to avoid PayPal and other barriers concerning accounts, your best (legal) bet in Serbia is to use

http://www.e-ducan.com

They have an option for e-bay and basically all other internet sources.

A bit more expensive, but reliable and safe.

I am not sure where to find out about creating an actual eBay account for a resident of Serbia. However, I do know that even if you did successfully create an eBay account, you may find it a pain to use  due to payment methods.

In fact, eBay is planning to restrict payment methods further, to only PayPal or credit card (but most sellers will probably not be able to receive credit card payments without PayPal or some other service).  And I don't think you are able to sign up for PayPal in Serbia. :(
