Does anyone know how to create some sort of sleeve that covers a choc bar.?

I've seens a hand made sleeve holding a hershey's chocolate bar that you can uncover by pulling a ribbon. Anyone familiar on how to make this?

My daughter's grandmother used to make these all the time and they turned out so well!  Here is a web site that offers LOTS of links on how to make them, styles and designs, templates, etc

If you are handy with Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photoshop or some other program like that, you can make you own designs once you have a template to go by.
