Does anyone know how to create those wedding / bridal party avatars so that you can see how it will look?

Several times I have Googled weddings there are these avatars images that come up showing bridal parties in themed colors. Was wondering if someone can tell me how to make these?

david's bridal has a dress your wedding feature that allows you to dress everyone in the colors and dress styles you have chosen.

go to their website and click on the dress your wedding icon.
