Does anyone know how to design a web site?

I had poetry page on myspace by the name of TrillPoetry and i was really ready for a change to start a web site problem is i don't know how i need help PLEASE !!!!!!!

  2. You can go to weebly.com or synthasite.com they are both step by step. I perfer weebly more because of the fact that it gives a graph number thing to show you how many people have visited your site.You can have a domain like: mydomainname.weebly.com or mydomainname.com -- but with this one you have to pay for.They are both like that.It's your decision if you want to pay for the domain name or not.   4. Use yahoo geocities (and make a free web site) it is very easy you just drag & drop like windows. There is no programming skills needed. If you like it then you can use one of the pay geocities sites (from $5 to $15 a month) and do a lot more and have more band width. Trust me it is easy & you can do it.
