Does anyone know how to eleminate the eeking sound from the speakers when the car is on???

If you mean a high pitched whine that changes with speed of the motor then you need a filter for the radio's power line.  Car radio dealers or places like Best Buy, Circuit City, etc will have them.  The capacitor in your alternator may be bad, also.
