Of course, if a person is living, they may not WANT to be found, which is their right.  No online (or offline) is guaranteed.

you can, through trial and error, use the white pages online. it's where you look up phone numbers and addresses of people.

Type in the name and choose a state and a city if you have an idea. I have found two people this way. Another person I found out had their name removed from results- which you can do if you don't want the "world " knowing where you live. Good luck.
