Does anyone know how to find out about auditions?

Hey Im a inspiring singer/actor in southern california. Its kind of hard finding and keeping track of auditions. I came across a few websites. (auditions.com) and (hollywood auditions.com) i dont want to get scammed so i wanted to know if anyone has heard anything about either of these sites? are they legitimate?

if your in so. cal your pretty much where all the work is going to be. go any where in hollywood and pick up a copy of

VARIETY magazine. casting directors, agents, mgrs, acting schools advertise in it. open calls that anyone can go to are

advertised also. but you need an agent to go on any auditions

that aren't open calls to the public. your not going to find any

acting jobs on a website as far as i know. don't deal with anyone who asks you for money up front. The only thing you need to pay for are your composits or pictures you will take with you on each interview. agents only get paid when you get

work. they get 10%.
