Does anyone know how to find out the age of my house in Nova Scotia, Canada?

do you have a Land & property Info office?

I'm in Sydney, we have Land & Property Information (LPI) Office.

Try looking inside the toilet tank, under the lid or under the sink. The mfg stamp the manufacturing date and if the fixtures have not been replaced this could be a good starting point. Same goes for the inside of the electrical panel. As a last resort go to your tax accessor's office and see what they think the build date was.
