Sounds like you thermostat is buggered...go to one of those shops where you get spare parts for appliances and take your model and make number for your dryer.  They will be able to get you the right part and you can fix it real cheaply for yourself!

make sure there is not alint clog and that the air flow is free of lint and ubstructions  inside and out ck sreens, ,give the dryer a good cleaning before replacing parts.
