Does anyone know how to fix an xbo 360 when it says every disk is unplayable?

every time I put in a disk, it says it is unplayable, even a brand new one that I bought today. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this

It's not that the disks are scratched. This is happening to me also. It's pretty much red ring of death and your disk drive is messed... Call Microsoft and they'll fix it.

maybe the player is scuffed with some dirt... I know fantastic or windex is an effective cleaner. try to spray some on a cloth and genty rub the area (or try to) where the disk wud go. or even turpentine, a very strong cleaner so use with caution, has its advantages. Good luck! if that doesn't work try taking it to a game store and have them take a look at it. Can't go wrong with the experts!
