My phone's keypad got wet and it stopped working. I immediately dried my phone off. Then my phone shut off and when i turn it back on the screen goes completely white. I can receive calls and texts, but i can't answer either of them. does anyone know how to fix it? ):

  1. It really is not possible to repair phones damaged by water, unless you take quick action to dry them, which you did. This happened to me once, and i just took the battery out and left it for drying for DAYS. i did not use it for, i guess, two weeks. After that when i tried it, it was working pretty fine, unless of course, you discount the fact that i couldn't use spacebar on my text messages, which just is a minor inconvenience

  2. Take the pieces off (like the battery door and battery) put all of the phone in bag of rice. Leave it off for a little while... like a few hours.... Best of luck

  3. depends on how much water damage there is. ive dropped my phone ins a slew lost it for about 3 minutes and it was ruined, however took out the battery and the back off and put it lodged in the air conditioner over night and it worked again the next morning. I drop another phone into a tank did the same thing and it didnt work. just depends on your phone and what happens to it i guess.
