I just got hired for the Teach and Learn in Korea (TALK) Program but I need to submit a criminal record check. I am a U.S. Citizen, grew up in the Philippines and currently live in Berlin, Germany. Any tips on how I go about this? I have no criminal record but I need to submit proof for the school.

  1. Here in the US you go to the local police department.  They file a form and take your fingerprints and submit both to a database.  There is a fee.
