Does anyone know how to get a flat tummy??

I'm not fat, except for my stomach and thighs. I was wondering if anyone knew any exercises, besides sit-ups and push-ups, that don't require any equipment to do? Also, which exercise machines work well for toning up the abs and stomach??

  2. you still need to do a wide variety of cardio and toning exercises 5 days a week and limit your transfat intake

  3. the only piece of equipment you will ever need is a exercise ball.  You'll wonder how you ever got along w/o it. It really works! I purchased mines online. Good luck

  6. you need to do cardio-vascular workouts, and to burn some extra fat use heated water:

    (but don`t get burned, OK?) what you can do is heat water in the microwave and pour it on a towel and wrap it around your stomach for 5 minutes every day, this will make your fat go away.

    also make sure that your weight doesn't go under 100 pounds
