Does anyone know how to get a pool clear? ive shocked it 5 times?

it just get lighter but will not clear up, help please

  1. Pool water must be pH balanced, with this being the first and most important step in order to insure the effectiveness of pool chemicals.

    Then use some ALGAE CONTROL in your pool.

    Last, run the pool pump for 24hr. And make sure your filters are clean.
