Does anyone know how to get a scooter registered without the original paperwork? Bike was bought at auction.?

motor vehicles have to have titles,,otherwise it is considered stolen.

Now that is a problem.

I've dealt with auctions for years and they do not sell vehicles without titles.Period.

Now, whoever you are buying the vehicle from either lost the papers or does not own it.

Either way, if you bought it, keep it in your back yard because you will not be able to register it.
