Does anyone know how to get clear skin?

I need clear skin. Any ideas how? I don't want to spend more than 30$. Any ideas greatly appreciated!!

When i was younger and got acne, i started washing my face first thing every morning with a salicylic acid face wash (neutrogena oil free face wash), rinsed at least 30 times, and topped it off with benzoyl peroxide cream. i did the same thing every night. i never touched my face, ever and i drank lots of water. i had completely clear skin within 6 weeks. the wash is like 5bucks and the cream was about the same. 30 bucks should be more than enough, but youll need more in about a month.
