  1. UCLA has a vanpool going to Garden Grove each evening during the work week.  Call the UCLA transportation office at (310) 794-RIDE to get the driver's phone number, then call the driver and book a seat.  I'm not sure if you have to be a UCLA student or not, but you should be able to buy a one-day ticket.

  2. well since we are not sure where in Garden grove you are going I'm going to assume Euclid and Garden grove blvd

    (near city hall)

    okay you have a few ways of doing this

    a fast route would be to take the Santa Monica #1 pay the

    driver $1.25 ask for a transfer take the #1 to Santa monica and

    Bundy, transfer to the Santa Monica #10 bus give the transfer and and deposit $1.00 more to the #10 driver

    then take this bus to union station then you can take Metrolink to

    orange station then board the Line 56 to garden grove

    (hold on to your metrolink ticket as its valid for the bus ride)

    ======================================...

    another routing would be take lines 1,,8, or 12 to Santa Monica/

    Westwood (again pay $1.25 )_ get a transfer then board line 704 for service to Union station

    and one more option

    here from UCLA (or in Westwood ) you could

    take a Culver city #6 bus (pay the driver $1.00 take

    the Culver city bus to the other end (the green line)at Imperal/Avation then board the green line to the Norwalk

    Green line station,

    take the green line to Norwalk green line station

    then board the 460 :Disneyland bus take bus to Fullerton park and ride then transfer line 37 (take this bus to Garden Grove and then transfer again to the OCTA 56
