  1. My first suggestion would be that you stop using antibacterial soap all together.  You are killing the"good" bacteria, so the"bad" bacteria just starts to proliferate.  Just try to use regular soap (with nothing in it at all, not even a moisturizor.), If you are using an antibiotic may sure its a cream.  Even in the shower be carefull with what you use.  If that doesn't work you can try phisohex {which is extremely mild), just don't over use it. Did the Drs. you saw say why they felt you have this problem and how they diagnosed it as bacterial  The reason I am asking was I broke  out in s very strange rash on my arms and the cause was a neurological condition that I suffer from.   Sometimes you have to think outside the box.  Good luck.

  2. Go and buy some apple cider vinegar the organic, unfiltered cloudy stuff that you can get from the health shop.  It isnt expensive.  Apply apple cider vinegar directly to rashes and itchy, flaky skin to reduce redness and irritation and balance the pH level of your skin or you could make a half apple vinegar and half water up in a spray bottle and use it that way.  It is a safe natural cure that has worked brilliantly when medicines have failed.  With it being cheap to buy it makes it very worth while giving it a go ... you will be glad you did :)
