I know a company that help with almost any computer problem. They are btexpress computer repair. They are great. I went to them and they know what they are doing. I love what they done to my computer. It was not fast and had viruses on it but, now it is clean and fast as lighten. Malwarebytes is one of the best programs for removing fake software download, update and run a scan - http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

You'll probably have to use Spyware Doctor as this program tends to be able to fix most malware which is what you have on your machine. Sorry for the news. Malware is rife on the internet and approx 1 in 1000 websites is poisoned with this stuff. The way this scam goes is it warns you you have lots of viruses asks you for money to provide the cure but all the time it is loading more malware onto the system.

Do a sweep with the above and install a good virus/spyware scanner to prevent further infection.
